    New Clients

    We're always eager to meet new clients and their pets! If you have any questions at all, or would like to schedule your pet's first visit with us, don't hesitate to give us a call at 978-531-8713.

    Appointment Policy

    Our medical team wants to spend a generous amount of time with each client and pet that walks through our doors. For this reason, we request that clients please schedule visits ahead of time. To schedule an appointment for your pet, please call us at 978-531-8713.

    We do our best to keep wait times to a minimum. However, emergency cases may inevitably delay scheduled visits. We ask for your understanding in these instances, as the same attention would be given to your pet.

    Prior to your pet's scheduled appointment, we ask that you please complete all necessary paper work and bring any and all previous medical records you have with you. A fresh urine and/or stool sample may be requested by your pet's veterinarian. We ask that samples are collected and brought in within 4 hours to ensure diagnostic accuracy.


    Patient Arrival Policy

    It is our aim to maintain a safe and stress-free hospital environment. For this reason, we require all pets arrive to our facility properly restrained by a leash or pet carrier.

    We understand that visits to the veterinarian are a common source of stress for pets, but we never want your pet to miss an important visit with us! Please let us know if your pet experiences significant stress so we can help reduce the stress of the visit for you and your pet.

    If your pet is sick, please let us know before you come in. This way, we can take appropriate steps to prevent the spread of disease.


    Financial Policy

    In order to provide the most exceptional veterinary services for our clients and their pets, we require payment be made at the time services are performed.

    Drop-Off Policy

    Drop off appointments are available to accommodate your busy schedule. If you need to drop-off your pet, please let us know so we are prepared when you arrive. We will contact you as soon as your pet has been seen by their veterinarian. At this time, we will inform you of the diagnoses and discharge instructions. Your pet must be current on all vaccines and preventives in order to take advantage of this service.

    Four Seasons Pet Resort is available for early drop off & late pick up during the week. We are happy to transfer your pet when we open or close for your convenience.

    Four Season Pet Resort hours are as follows:

    • Monday-Friday: 6am - 8pm
    • Saturday: 8am - 6 pm
    • Sunday: 9am - 11am ; 4pm - 6pm


    In-House Pharmacy

    We strive to offer our clients with convenience.

    Our facility is home to an in-house pharmacy fully stocked with safe products from trusted vendors. We carry a wide-variety of pet products including prescription diets, prescription medications, dental products, and treats.
