Appointment Policy

Our medical team wants to spend a generous amount of time with each client and pet that walks through our doors. For this reason, we request that clients please schedule visits ahead of time. To schedule an appointment for your pet, please call us at 978-531-8713.

We do our best to keep wait times to a minimum. However, emergency cases may inevitably delay scheduled visits. We ask for your understanding in these instances, as the same attention would be given to your pet.

Prior to your pet's scheduled appointment, we ask that you please complete all necessary paper work and bring any and all previous medical records you have with you. A fresh urine and/or stool sample may be requested by your pet's veterinarian. We ask that samples are collected and brought in within 4 hours to ensure diagnostic accuracy.

Patient Arrival Policy

It is our aim to maintain a safe and stress-free hospital environment. For this reason, we require all pets arrive to our facility properly restrained by a leash or pet carrier.

We understand that visits to the veterinarian are a common source of stress for pets, but we never want your pet to miss an important visit with us! Please let us know if your pet experiences significant stress so we can help reduce the stress of the visit for you and your pet.

If your pet is sick, please let us know before you come in. This way, we can take appropriate steps to prevent the spread of disease.

In-House Pharmacy

We strive to offer our clients with convenience.

Our facility is home to an in-house pharmacy fully stocked with safe products from trusted vendors. We carry a wide-variety of pet products including prescription diets, prescription medications, dental products, and treats.

If your pet needs a product that we do not carry in-house, we are happy to redirect you to our online store. Here you will find an even greater variety of pet products to best meet your pet's unique healthcare needs.

If you prefer to purchase your pet's products online, we strongly urge you to purchase from our online store only. This is the safest option for you and your pet, as other online vendors do not always carry 100% safe or authentic pet products.

If you have any questions at all or need assistance with our online store, please give us a call at 917-538-8713.

Prescription Refill Request

This prescription form is for current patients only.

Kindly give us 24 business hours after submitting this form. We request that you please call us before you come in to pick up your pet's medications so it's ready when you arrive. Clients also have the convenient option to have prescriptions mailed to their home.

Federal and Commonwealth laws, as well as good medical practice, prohibit us from dispensing prescription medications without prior examination of your animal and current knowledge of your pet's health. We are similarly prohibited from dispensing or refilling medications that were originally ordered by another veterinarian. We are happy to dispense any needed medications after examining your pet and getting all pertinent medical history.

Please tell us the exact medication and dosage, as well as any additional information we might need, to fill your prescription.
