Borash Veterinary Clinic

Diagnostic Care

We never want to see our patients sick or in pain. At Borash Veterinary Clinic, we utilize modern, advanced diagnostic tools and technology to make prompt and accurate diagnoses. This allows us to act as your pet's voice so they can feel better sooner.

In-House Laboratory

Being home to an on-site laboratory is a highlight of the veterinary care and services we are able to provide for our clients and their pets. By being able to analyze blood work, fecal tests, urinalysis, and skin scrapings in house, we can make diagnoses sooner and with greater accuracy. This means we can begin a treatment plan as soon as possible!

Although our pets cannot tell us what's hurting, their blood, urine, feces, and biopsied tissues can. At Borash Veterinary Clinic, our on-site lab is equipped with modern amenities that can accurately detect underlying health concerns and abnormalities.

Digital X-Ray

Digital x-rays are beneficial in the diagnoses of a wide-range of conditions such as intestinal obstructions, bladder stones, tumors, chronic arthritis, bone breaks, bone fractures, and more.

Benefits of Digital Radiography: faster results, clear images, easy sharing, pain-free, non-invasive.

Ultrasound

We use ultrasound technology to get a better view at your pet's insides, including their organs, joints, muscles, and tendons. This can be especially beneficial when identifying cysts, tumors, and heart conditions.

If your pet needs an ultrasound, someone from our team will safely accompany your pet to the Animal Ultrasound Clinic for testing, and return to the clinic after.

Endoscopy

We use endoscopy to assess the esophagus, stomach, and intestines non-invasively. This is a modern surgical method that avoids invasive surgical methods.

Electrocardiogram

Electrocardiograms (EKGs) are used to measure heart rhythms and electrical impulses in a pet's body, which allows us to determine a pet's overall heart health. This advanced technological tool is non-invasive, painless, and results are generated in minutes.

If your pet needs an EKG, one of our team members will safely accompany your pet to the Animal Ultrasound Clinic for testing, and return to the clinic after.
