Your First Exam — Only $45
We’re excited to welcome new patients to our practice. Start your care with a comprehensive first exam for just $45 with Dr. Gervitz or Dr. Hermanowski.
This initial visit is designed to understand your needs, evaluate your health, and create a personalized plan to help you feel your best.
We get to know new patients by performing a comprehensive physical exam that checks your pet from nose to tail and everything in between. You can also expect to discuss your pet’s overall health, lifestyle, and behavior. Be prepared to go over important veterinary services including vaccines, spay/neuter procedure, dentistry, health screening, parasite control, microchip implantation, nutrition, physical activity, socialization, and training.
We want you and your pet to have a great first visit! Before your pets first visit, we request that you:
- Bring your pet’s medical records with you. It is important for our doctors to understand your pet’s complete medical history, and have documentation of previous veterinary care and services performed.
- Complete a new client form online. This will minimize wait times and make the check-in process more efficient. Bring your new client form with you to your pet’s first visit, email it to frontdesk@borashvet.com, or fax it to 978-532-1046. If you choose to complete our new client form in house, we ask that you please arrive a few minutes early so appointments remain on schedule.
- Review our financial policy. In order to provide your pet with the highest quality veterinary care, payment must be made at the time services are rendered. At the same time, we understand that medical expenses can be unexpected, which is why we offer a handful of payment options including: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit.
