What To Expect During Your Visit
Appointment Policy
Our medical team wants to spend a generous amount of time with each client and pet that walks through our doors. For this reason, we request that clients please schedule visits ahead of time. To schedule an appointment for your pet, please give us a call.
We do our best to keep wait times to a minimum. However, emergency cases may inevitably delay scheduled visits. We ask for your understanding in these instances, as the same attention would be given to your pet.
Prior to your pet’s scheduled appointment, we ask that you please complete all necessary paper work and bring any and all previous medical records you have with you. A fresh urine and/or stool sample may be requested by your pet’s veterinarian. We ask that samples are collected and brought in within 4 hours to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
Arrival Policy
It is our aim to maintain a safe and stress-free hospital environment. For this reason, we require all pets arrive to our facility properly restrained by a leash or pet carrier.
We understand that visits to the veterinarian are a common source of anxiety for pets, but we never want your pet to miss an important visit with us! Please let us know if your pet experiences significant distress so we can help reduce the upset of the visit for you and your pet.
If your pet is sick, please let us know before you come in. This way, we can take appropriate steps to prevent the spread of disease.
